1. Scope
This document concerns registration and access to an APEX CAPITAL website profile only. It does not offer or create an investment service, investment account, custody arrangement, payment service, or transaction.
2. Account details
Provide accurate account details and keep your sign-in credentials confidential. Contact the service operator if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission. Do not send your password or one-time security links to anyone.
3. Email confirmation and access
A new profile remains pending until its email address is confirmed. The service may restrict access when needed to protect account security. Password reset and confirmation links are single-use and expire after the period stated in the email.
4. Changes and contact
The operator must add the legal entity name, governing law, applicable consumer rights, complaint process, service contact and effective date before approving this document for public use.
